Dr. Everton Walters is our President and CEO.

Dr. Walters is an Electrical Engineer and obtained a doctoral degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a dissertation entitled "Continuous-Time System Identification From Discrete-Time Measurements with Application to Natural Gas Pipeline Modeling."

A Fulbright scholar, Dr. Walters is a motivational speaker sharing his unique blend of humor and theoretical insight in the techniques involved in the motivational process. In addition, Dr. Walters is a Competent Toastmaster and has gained the Dale Carnegie’s Mastery of Public Speaking designation. 

Dr. Walters is an expert in Solar Systems, Safety Systems and Procedures, and Quality Control and Assurance processes and procedures. He has had over 29 years in the renewable energy industry. Dr. Walters is also OSHA trained in the Safety Improvement Processes and is an OSHA trainer for the 30-hour and 10-hour OSHA Programs.

Mrs. Leila Walters is our Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Walters has had over 25 years experience in business accounting and auditing processes. She has worked and a revenue agent (IRS) and has developed accounting systems for many organizations. 

Additionally, Mrs. Walters has managed accounting profiles of over 4 Billion dollars. She has an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in accounting and is well on her way to completing the CPA designation.  

Mr. Max B. Traner is our Chief International Procurement Officer

Mr. Traner comes to WCP Solar services with over 26 years’ experience in international relations having been involved in international shipping and living and working in several countries. He has also had extensive involvement in the development of Solar Photovoltaic systems from large to very large scale integration.      

Before joining WCP Solar Services, Mr. Traner served as a manager of an iron and steel manufacturing plant in Bulgaria and has also managed an international shipping line. He also served as a 1^st Sergeant with the Bulgarian Army.  

Mr. Traner holds a degree in Electrical-Mechanical Engineering from University of Energy in Sofia, Bulgaria and degree in Business Administration and Management in Automotive Industries.
